Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with commercial-grade gear and cleaning products. If you have specific products you want used (e.g. eco-friendly, surface-specific), let us know in the quote.
On end-of-lease cleans we work to a REIQ-aligned checklist. If your property manager flags anything missed within 72 hours of completion, we come back and fix it free of charge. *Excludes items beyond standard scope like carpet steam-cleaning unless quoted.
Yes — we carry $10 million in public liability insurance across all jobs, and every cleaner on our roster is required to hold a current police check. Certificate of currency available on request.
Both. One-off bond cleans, deep cleans, post-renovation tidy-ups and pre-event cleans are all part of what we do. We also offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly contracts at reduced rates.
Rates start from $60/hr per cleaner depending on service type, with minimums between 2 and 4 hours. For larger jobs (builders cleans, full-house deep cleans) we quote a flat price after a quick chat or site walk-through so you know the all-in cost upfront.
